Q. Who can enter a resource?

A. Anyone who has a service that might be of interest to those in the credit, collections, and A/R community.

Q. Who should actually enter the resource?

A. We actually prefer that each individual resource provider enter their own. It’s easier to

keep up-to-date. You control the marketing copy you put in, and of course, it’s easier for us. But our first priority is to have a complete, useful directory for the credit community, so we’ll set up entries ourselves as well.

Q. How do I enter a resource?

A. Just click on “Add a Resource” and you’ll be off and running.

Q. What if I know of a resource that's not here, and it should be?

A. Just tell them about it. One easy way is to click on the "Tell a friend" button" at the top of each page.

Q. I’ve just entered our resources, but don’t see them yet. Why not?

A. All entries are approved to make sure they’re appropriate. You should see yours within one business day, sometimes much sooner.
