Credit Today Technology Buyer's Guide Version 2.0 Released
Credit Today has just released "Version 2.0" of our popular Credit & Collection Technology Buyer's Guide, which was first published in 2006. The $595 Guide is available free to Credit Today Online members (credit managers and participating vendors only) on our website: www.CreditToday.net. This issue of Credit Today will feature some of the findings from the updated Buyer's Guide, which is a must-have reference for anyone considering purchasing or upgrading technology from any portion of the order-to-cash process. Despite the bleak economy, technology continues to advance at a rapid rate and offers some fantastic ways to cut costs, increase productivity, and improve quality in virtually any phase of the order-to-cash process, including customer service. As always, you'll find a comprensive guide with everything you'll need to determine which technology solution is best for you. Analyzing the Order-to-Cash Process We've spent over a year on this project, which began by our breaking down the entire order-to-cash process into 6 broad categories:
From there, we detailed 130 specific functions. We demo'd many of the products in the guide to help us develop our comprehensive vendor questionnaire, and we studied the back-end of how technology in the A/R space really works, and who's the best vendor to provide it. We gathered their data into an easy-to-review Buyer's Guide for you, featuring 13 tables, useful diagrams, and appendixes.
Credit Today Technology Editor Dave Schmidt, widely regarded as the leading thought expert in credit, collection and A/R technology, authored the report. For Version 2.0, we updated the original questionnaire and sent it to all known technology vendors servicing the credit arena. The result is a listing of 40 vendors and their offerings, in easy-to-read chart format. To Get Your Copy To get a copy of the book, you must be an active member (and either a credit exec or participating vendor) of Credit Today online.
