(NASDAQ: HCKT) and the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network today announced a marketing alliance designed to offer SSON's 20,000 members charter member access to The Hackett Performance Exchange (The Performance Exchange), a new performance intelligence dashboard. The Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) is the largest shared services and outsourcing professionals community. The Performance Exchange is The Hackett Group's newly-launched performance intelligence dashboard, which automatically extracts key performance metrics directly from ERP systems each month and presents an organization's performance information on a Web-based dashboard, with comparisons to both peer and world-class metrics. The dashboard also offers links to relevant information from The Hackett Group's Best Practices Intelligence Center which companies can use to drive process improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence. Companies can analyze cycle time, automation, effectiveness, and volume-based metrics, review month-to-month trending, and drill down to look at detailed comparisons between business units or regions. The Performance Exchange currently supports order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes, with account-to-report and forecast-to-fulfill scheduled for rollout in 2012. Under the alliance, SSON members will have the opportunity to become charter members of The Hackett Performance Exchange. They can also participate in a new performance study The Hackett Group has launched which focuses on performance measurement dashboard initiatives. SSON members will be offered preferred access to a Webinar on performance management dashboard strategies, and provided the ability to download select pieces of relevant research produced by The Hackett Group.
